Here at Route 66 HVAC and Mechanical he continues to share his wisdom and knowledge of the industry, Previously, he had a program with his students that was exceptional, to give them field experience and aid the community. The students donated their time (for class credit of course) to aid churches and other charitable situations for the needy in our community. The recipients only paid for the product necessary to reconcile their issues. Now that truly exemplifies community support in every aspect.

Stroud was started and founded by James W. Stroud in 1892 with a small mercantile and a wagon load of goods. Six years later the Railroad came to town and the first train arrived. In 1906 Stroud got electricity and later O.G.&E. arrived and enhanced the system in 1954.
Stroud Lake was established in 1970 and offers some great fishing opportunities. People could enjoy the Howard Johnson’s Restaurant on the Turnpike until the 1980’s. In 1959 the International Brick Throwing contest began with some of our foreign rivals went on and lasted until 2011.
Now Stroud boasts the title of Oklahoma’s “Winery and Grape Capitol” with award winning wineries. Also, many locations on Oklahoma’s Historical register include the “Hotel Lincoln, Rock Café, James W. Stroud house and Bon Ton House to name a few.
Route 66 HVAC & Mechanical obviously embraces the deep history of Route 66 also known as the “The Mother Road”. It was established in 1926. It spans from Chicago, Illinois to Los Angeles, California. It is 2448 miles in complete distance through the “Main Street of America”. We are pleased to claim and share that historic roadway’s name in our industry.

A Tanger Outlet Mall was set up in Stroud providing several jobs, nearly one hundred. Also, a Sygma Distribution Center a large food service provider resided in Stroud. Sadly, a large tornado came through and levelled off the outlet mall and the distribution center. This caused the loss of many jobs for the community. But the community has recovered and still thrived and has a lovely historic community.
They also host Stroud SummerFest and car show. As you can probably guess the crew and staff have a strong love and respect for vintage cars. The Rock Café in Stroud was the inspiration for the Disney movie “Cars” they boast great burgers, German food and other craveable meals and delights, please try this fabulous café out!
